Alert – Attempted Abduction
A Wyncote professional shares this scary story (below) about the luring and stalking of her 13-year-old granddaughter this past weekend. “On Saturday, October 5 2013 in the 8100 block of Heacock Lane in Wyncote, an adult male tried to lure my 13 year old Grand Daughter into his car, while she was outside riding her bike near our home. He told her “there were papers in his back seat” and motioned her to retrieve them. She fled his advances. He then made a U turn and followed her home. She came to me and told me what happened and I looked out our front window and he was parked in front of our door. I went outside to confront him and before I reached his car he sped off at a high rate of speed. The Police were very responsive, he was positively identified and arrested on Bent Rd.
